Process
We are an event based photography service. We will attend your event, take pictures, and provide an online gallery of photos for your review and purchase. We specialize in the youth sports photography market, but excel at the challenges of all indoor and outdoor sporting and recreation photography.
The process begins with coordinating the attendance of our photographers at your event. Our scheduling page is always kept up to date with our current engagements and availability. We’ll speak with you about the event, date(s), times, locations and work out any logistics needed. We’ll talk about what your desires are in terms of the types of pictures you’re looking for; the style, mood or story that you’d like captured and told through pictures. If everything works out, we’ll place your event on our schedule. Feel free to contact us at anytime via email to start discussing your event.
Our photographers will be on-site at your event for an agreed upon length of time. Generally, this is 1.5 – 2 hours. We’re more than happy to stay longer but we’ll need to work out those details and fees in advance. We’ll meet with you in advance of the event (if you’ll be in attendance) to review the objectives, meet the people we’ll be photographing, and ensure that you know who our photographers are.
During the event, we’ll work our hardest to capture the photographs that you desire. Working within all of the established guidelines and policies set by the event organizers, location or officials, we will work the event from numerous locations and angles. We’ll seek to capture those special moments that you’ve always desired.
After the event, we’ll work with the photographs in our digital darkroom and create a gallery of proofs for your review. These proofs will be available within our online galleries and fulfillment provider’s hosting service. We quickly process some of the images and annotate some pictures as “Proofs”. When selecting a “Proof” picture, we’ll process (crop, color balance, etc.) those pictures after submitting your order.
After creating your own personal account, you’ll be able to immediately review the event pictures and place orders for any of them that you’d like (no hurry, you can order anytime!) If there are any that you’d like more specific processing done such as cropping, B/W conversion, creation of a picture collage, life sized vinyl wall posters, etc. then we’ll work with you to make those changes as requested. You’ll then be able to purchase those pictures via our online gallery and fulfillment provider. Your pictures will arrive professionally packaged within days.
